Crocodile Dundee (DVD, 2001, Sensormatic)

This "down under" in Australia movie is a fun time. Paul Hogan stars as the original crocodile man and Linda Kozloski plays a NY reporter who travels to the land of vegemite sandwhiches and meets him. Nice take on the differing worlds they come from.

this is got to be one of paul hogans funniest films very well made and a ton of comedy can watch over and over would recommend watching all 3 to get the whole story line but thats just a choice there all great

Sue, a reporter from New York City, travels to Australia to write a feature on Michael J. Dundee, also known as Mick to his mates. Mick is a bush ranger who was known for being attacked by a crocodile and then killed the croc with his bare hands. The reporter insists on following Mick through his place of Walk About Creek and is attacked by a croc. Mick Dundee saves her and he returns to New York City with her as her guest. Mick, a backwoods jungle man, is exposed to the streets of New York City and comes across muggers, dealers, and hookers. His ways of dealing with these people and situations are very humorous. This movie is very entertaining and we found it funny as well as having a lot of action.
We saw this movie years ago when it was originally released, and now our 8 year old son is starting to enjoy movies such as National Treasure, Indiana Jones, Tranformers, and other funny, yet action packed movies. He really enjoyed this movie as well and I just purchased Crocodile Dundee II for him too. It is rated PG-13.

I recently purchased the above movie. I really did like the movie. There were several action scenes and kept your attention through the whole movie. The movie did not drop off into a slup or dull and boring segment. For many Paul Hogan fans, I am sure this was the ultimate. I can't wait to see the next sequel. I would like to see more movies like this. This movie is one of the best movies I have seen in awhile.
