I decided to buy this book after it was recommended by Ron Paul. This book gives a complete history of the Fed as well as how it operates. The Creature from Jekyll Island is a shocking eye opener revealing how the Fed is not owned by the US government, but is actually a private entity formed and still controlled by global elites. These global elites throw their weight around by manipulating the political and financial systems in a quest for complete world domination.

Confirmed my suspicions about our govt & Wall St. Wonderfully written, easy to understand. Thank you Ed Griffin, for people like you in this world.

You have to read this book to understand the how the monetary system is set up and why it has failed.

Loved this book! This book should be required reading for every graduating senior in the nation. If I could have read this book years ago, my perspective on government would have been different. The author's research for this book is extensive. The bibliography is quite impressive and I plan to use it as a recommended reading list. This information just isn't taught in today's schools. It is quite a large book, but the chapters are broken down so that if you read a chapter or two per night, you will breeze through it smoothly. Do not be in too much of a hurry, as there is quite a lot of information to absorb and process. I recommend you read it, pass it to your family and friends, then donate it to your library so others may be as enlightened as you. After reading this, if you are not fired up to protect your rights and liberties, then may God have mercy on this land.

Well its the Federal Reserve. This book is a MUST read for all those interested in politics and economics and the future of the United States. This book sheds light on the dark past of the FED and what it really is. The FED is causing an economic collapse and it must stop it. America must return to sound money and sound currency. Not the worthless fake fiat money that the FED prints without end.

The book provides a lot of evidence for the argument. The FED is responsible for a lot of the problems Americans and the world are seeing and has been for years. Many presidents have tried to throw out the central bank idea, and with good reason. The FED is no different.

I bought from this buyer because it was labeled properly and complete. After reading the discription there was no wondering.

Heard about it and thought it sounded interesting. Although the book contained much documented information and is definitely worth reading, I was a little disappointed. It gave much to consider about the banking system and the Fed, socialism, inflation and of course, politicians. But some of the assumptions and predictions as to why and where this is all leading doesn't always follow as far as I was concerned. The book made the case with the participants own words that the banking interests want to destroy capitalism. But for what? They're profiting nicely and are able to exert much influence on the government(s), and the taxpayers pay for their mistakes. Why ruin a good thing? It doesn't make sense.
How can this be to their advantage?

This is a book that all United States Citizens should read. It gives a graphic history of the formation of the Federal Reserve System. In his description Griffin make a convincing case that the Federal Reserve System is the major reason that the United States is in the financial distress it is today. He enlightens his readers to the fact that this is not just a United States problem, but a worldwide disaster in the making. Along with the complete discription of the problems with Federal Reserve, he does offer solutions for how the problem can be fixed.

I heartedly recommend every patriot and American citizen who cares about your country to get a copy of this book and read and then pass it along to someone else to read.
