Creative Labs Zen V Plus (4 GB) MP3 Player

I love the product it has an awsome view on the small screen, small but yet big enough to read with ease. The product has more than enough memory to store your favorite selections as well as selections you enjoy hearing now and then. Overall a small compact MP3 player with a very sleek look in appearence and display as well as more than enough space to store music movies ect. The only negative drawback to the product is that the player is a little difficult to use with all the capabilities it has. So in saying that, love this product overall just have to really read instructions and refer back to the instructions off and on with use. More electronicly inclined persons may have no problem or very little problem using this product. Thanks

I didn't do enough research on the product. You have to specify one computer to upload music, videos, even to charge the bloody thing. Unfortunately, I don't have my own computer yet, so I have to go across town to my friend's house to charge it.

Since I have limited eyesight the large screen is very user friendly for me. I could just imagine how well a sighted person would appreaceiate it even more. I really like the fact that I can use it as a data storage device as well. It also stores video and still photograph files. The joysitck is really easy to use. Just up down left & right. When you first get your ZEN V Plus it takes a few cycles for the lithium battery to build up to it's full capacity. I also use the tiny bulit in microphone for notes or just spying on my friends. I've always been impressed with Creative Labs. I use their Audigy 2 Z5 Platinum sound card here in my studio computer. It's never let me down. I'm not an Apple I Pod fan. Especially since I heard about Apple STEALING some of it's technoligies from Creative Labs some time ago. I waited for the price to come down and I got mine for 142.95 plus shipping from Tiger Direct. And 4 gigabites is more than enough room for my music and old time radio shows. It also features line-in recording wich comes in handy in my line of work. It can also be set to mono for things like radio shows to conserve space. The software is most impressive. How did mankind live with out a great Mp3 player? If you love music this is the thing to have!!! This one is the best i have found being made w flash drive,I love it Im already looking for a 8 gb.

So light and tiny, yet has a relatively large display screen for viewing the menu and photos. Sound quality is excellent, as is picture and video quality. Memory too small to hold longer video clips though. Wonderful user interface.

I really like the size of the player. It's very easy to carry either in a pocket or on the neck lanyard. All I have used it for is music so far. The playback is very clear, the stereo works well and it has excellent volume. I don't have any complaints about the Zen V Plus.
I use Consumer Reports to preview things before buying, especially electronic equipment. They rated the player very highly and a good value for the money. I recommend their services to anyone buying a first time item.
A good feature of the Zen V Plus is the fact that it recharges from the USB port on my laptop. I hate messing with batteries!

This player is small but very nice, well built. The screen seems to have a sufficient amount of pixels for it to look great and not choppy. Overall I am happy with the product.

I purchased the Creative Zen V Plus for my boyfriend for Christmas. Our friends with Ipod's were impressed by the style and looks and said it appears to be more expensive than their Ipod's. The screen is crystal clear the sound is great and the features are as easy to operate as they are useful.

I have to say I was a bit scared when it was first removed from the package. It looked so small. But it feels solid and sturdy and when it was powered up I was amazed. I couldn't believe how beautiful and clear the images were. In a matter of 15 minutes the software was installed on our PC and over one hundred songs were loaded.

Our Kodak camera takes video and we can transfer video and play it for friends & family. Pictures are crystal clear and the fact that album covers show on the screen was a nice feature.

I'm buying a second one for myself. The only drawbacks are that it doesn't come with a wall plug for charging. You have to plug it into a USB Port. But you can purchase a kit on eBay for less than $20 that includes a case, wall charger, and car charger.

Buy it! You're not going to regret your purchase.

The only problem I had was when I hooked it up to Vista. It was not a problem with the unit just Vista and nothing works first time with Vista.
