Holds plenty of music, quality was an issue

I purchased my 5gb Zen Micro at a local discount store. Within 30 days the thing had locked up and died. Upon returning it to the store, I was told that was tough and asked to leave. (And I wasn t even rude!!) To make a long story short, I had to send it in to the factory. They fixed it AND upgraded it to a 6gig!!!
OK that out of the way, the way it lights up when I charge it is annoying. During the day, I could care less, but at night its bothersome as I try to sleep with this creepy blue light on my dresser.
The player is bulkier than an I-pod. I keep mine in a padded case that wasn t made for it, but fits perfectly! Some of the accessories are expensive and less available in the stores than the Ipod, however the size makes it perfect for other styles of cases that you might overlook otherwise.
You can not jog or run with this model because it is a hard drive not a flash drive, as are others. You can store data and more music that should be legal!
The customer service is good with the company, if you have the reciept from an authorized dealer. (They have an e-bay store too!) Accessories are found on their website and e-bay store at reasonable prices. The music quality is great, and the interface with my PC is far simpler than the RCA lyras I have owned in the past.
I recommend this MP3 player to anyone that just doesnt want the Ipod and is looking for a large capacity player that is slightly less expensive than the Ipod and a couple of the other brands.
