This book offers details on finding motivated sellers, finding tenant buyers, plus case studies with hundreds of tips on how to be an investor. I love the fact that Peter and David promote helping others as you become wealthy in your investing. Real Estate can be a business with which you can do much good, and make some money for yourself as well.

Peter finkle and David Conti have been showing the common man for years how to buy and sell real estate creatively with little to no money down.
This is a good introductory book into the world of Real Estate Investing. It is geared largely for the newbie that is exploring real estate investing and wants to get started. For the experienced investor it does not offer much insight.
