There is a cupcake for every occasion and every decorating skill. The recipes include the basics, but the variations presented will take your breath away! The book includes different flavorings, add-ins and batter combinations as well as delicious frostings and toppings. The presentations range from everyday, to fancy party to cupcakes that will win any child over.
The book is well organized and you will find information explaining the basics of baking in case you are a beginner. Don't be over-whelmed by how the cupcakes are decorated....they require very little skill. You'll see that instead of a pastry bag with tips, Ms. Castella uses small candies, shaved chocolates, fruits, nuts and fondant to give the desired affect. Everything is explained in detail. Now you can have your cupcakes look professional and nobody will know how easy it was!

I have been looking for this book for a while. I can't wait to try some of the designs out. This book has plenty of options. The pictures are real nice give you lot of ideas on creating that perfect cupcake. I am very I purchased this book.
