Best used with other guides
I like this guide in that it teaches several strategies for taking the GMAT which are effective in approaching the different types of questions that the test taker will encounter. I would definitely recommend this book, but I would (and did) use it in conjunction with other resources in order to get a broader variety of test questions as well as more detailed diagnostic tests and reviews. Of course, the target audience of this book is people studying under time constraints and I do think that the book will prepare the average test taker adequately when under a time crunch. Not the best, but not the worst. Considering the price that this book can be picked up for...why not? I can definitely say that I did learn some helpful strategies and techniques.
