Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (PlayStation 2, 2001)

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (Playstation 2) is a good game for the PS2. The gameplay of the game is very good. I did not like how you had to save in a certain place and you could not save anywhere but, it has always been that way with the Crash Bandicoot series. One thing I did not like about Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (Playstation 2) is that it took way too long to load, it sometimes seemed to me that I was at a loading screen more than I was in the level playing. If you like the Crash Bandicoot series, then you will like Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (Playstation 2).

This game is a good game for any age. I have played it, and I liked it so much that I would play it again.

The kids got tired of Uncle's boring PS2 collection so I got this game for the kids. They love it but it's just a 1 player game so I constantly hear a kid say the other kid played more than them. lol... I'd say a kid needs to be at least 5 years old to play this. A lot of thinking for a little kid and patience. This would of got an excellent rating if this was 2 players. This is a must have for the kids that knows how to share. :) I play it too so the adults can enjoy it as well.

This is by far my favorite Crash Bandicoot Games of all. I own every one and apart from the normal traditional going through levels and breaking boxes this game contains alot more. It has MANY abstract levels where you drive a boat, fly a plane, run from rolling stone balls, run from dinosaurs chasing you, play as a marble on a board and drive your marble to hit boxes and to the goal line, ride a motorcycle etc...

The game has alot of replay value and ALOT more things to do after you finish all the levels. There are about 50 levels that you need to beat several times each to get all the gems and crystals and to unlock the final boss.

If you are looking for a game for the kids to play that they wont get sick of fast this is the best game for it. I have played all the Crash Bandicoot's and beat them all and so far this one has the most diversity and lots of fun levels.

I bought this game for my daughter because she really likes the game. Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (PlayStation 2) did not work. We played other games and they work. I did not like the fact that I paid so much money. It was in good condition and was described almost perfect only bad part is it didn't come with book and didn't mention this in description but I could have asked i suppose.

I love this game, it is such a challenge, and really the only game i know hoe to play besides sonic the hedgehog, I will buy more games to play. I enjoy crash too much, Thank to the seller...Kudos A++++. The game really is so much fun to play when you learn it...

I bought the newest game but i didn't like it so i searched on ebay to find an old style crash game. I found that game (Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex) and it was amazing! I remembered the PSX crash games that i liked very much them. I is just a very very nice game to pass your time good. I recommend this game to all that like this kind of games!
But the problem is that the DVD Disc has got many scrathes and it lags very much when loading and when i turn the PS2, i have to restart many times to load he game and not get stack! Maybe i have this problem because my ps2 is PAL but this Disc is NTSC.
In general this is a nice game to pass your time good but the Disc quality was bad.

the game is brand new and wont play on the playstation2 console. Something is wrong with the disk. Playstation 2 plays all other games but not this one. Brand new and in original packaging dont mean anything anymore..believe the disk has never been played or checked to see if it would play for that matter..

I first bought this game BRAND NEW at Best Buy, and it kept freezing on me and it had major lag. I was able to play and beat this game this same day it came with no freezing, no lag, and in absolute tranquility.. Just me and the game... In excellent condition. I would most definitly buy from this seller again!

I love this game, its a great "ol school" game and it's good for everyone who loves platforming games but can't really drive by controller because although it's racing it's also an adventure game. I brought it because I played it years ago with my niece and nephew.

This game was very fun,challenging, and addictive. I would reccommend it to fellow Crash Bandicooters.
