The condition of the book was just as the seller described. This book was purchased for my class and was delivered on schedule.

I am never going to buy a text book on Ebay. The picture was misleading and it wasn't the right book. This book didn't have the cases on it but just the reading materials. I am stuck with a book with no use and the seller I feel as though was dishonest. I was duped out of my pocket. I don't know how to go about this and get my money back or warn other buyers about this.

Turns out there are two versions of this book, both called Crafting and executing strategy, 15th edition.
There are:
"Text and Readings"
"Concepts and Cases"

Make sure you buy the right one, I am currently scrambling to find the correct one because I have an essay due monday which I hoped to work on this weekend. Today is friday, and yes McGraw Hill screwed me over.

Needed it for class, liked it because I could buy a cheap international version that is the same as the regular version!

Bought book for school and received quickly and better than advertised. This is second purchase from seller and wish they all went this smooth.Book was required and will make a great reference book when I graduate in 3 weeks.

I received the book in good condition, however, I had paid for expedited shipping (which cost ore). When I received the book it had been sent media mail which cost $3 less than what I had paid for the shipping.I needed the book fast, which is why I paid for the extra shipping.In the future, I hope the seller sends the book faster when people pay for it! Otherwise, the book was received in the condition ordered.
