I needed this for a class to help me develop my research. It was a little basic and wasn't as useful as I'd hoped, but at the same time it does address important issues and in the end you are better with it than without it.

I ordered the Craft of Research textbook for one of my classes, but I never received the book. The seller sent me an email about a week later issuing a refund with no explanation.
