I've seen this movie offered several times through eBay and I finally decided to buy it for my collection on Jack Lord's series and movies (good or bad). This is a very disjointed movie in the way of a plot but the basic premise is Jack Lord's character Joe Smitty is a man with a shady past and tends to get hooked in by the police to help in solving cases for them where the police need a man with a checkered background.
The movie's best parts are the scenes with Jack Lord but it's a guilty pleasure...more guilt than pleasure, I fear. All in all, I'm glad I purchased it.
