) I think the book is okay but it is not what i expected as i was looking for information on how to shoot cowboy, what to do and how to do it not on the history of the guns of the cowboy era. It was well writen but not whaat i was looking for.

) The book covered the choice of weapons, costume, and the SASS society in general very well. It is good preparation for anyone interested in becoming involved in Cowboy Action Shooting. This should save money and effort for those who, on learning about CAS, would not really enjoy it. It also would save time and money for those who do decide to get involved. In essence, it was well worth the price, whatever one decides to do with CAS.
