Cousins (DVD, 2002, Sensormatic)

I have loved this movie for years! I'm so happy to finally own it! In fact, until I bought it, I didn't realize that I've never seen the beginning!! It has been on TV several times, but I've not been able to find it in any store probably because it's an older movie (1989). I had decided to order it online from Best Buy when I remembered ebay!
It's a beautiful story about two people who are cousins-by-marriage, (Ted Danson & Isabella Rossellini) who pretend to be lovers to punish their unfaithful spouses. Their game enables them to become close friends and soon this friendship grows into a truly sweet, romantic, lightly humorous, love that is just the kind of fulfilling, fun, can't-wait-to-see-you-again, you make-my-heart-race kind of love that all of spend our whole lives searching to find. I love the story, the music and I think you will, too!

It's funny that ebay has asked me to review this item. They should know that the seller ripped me off and since they did the same to pay-pal the money was not recovered. I can tell you from past experience that this movie is great. I can also tell you paypay "protection" is a joke. 5 stars for Couisns although I would never know that from this transaction. 0 stars paypal. Remember - it's not a good deal if you don't get your item. Use sellers who accept credit cards and stay away from paypal. Thanks for asking.

The DVD arrived at my door in record time, it was in perfect condition, just like the seller advertised, and I would buy from this seller anytime they had something I was looking for.

I like the movie so much that I already have it on VHS, so now I must have it on DVD. The movie has a great story. I was difficult to find in stores, so I looked online. The first place to look, as always as people told me, is ebay. They have everything. It took longer than I liked for the delievery, almost two weeks.

I love this movie so much, for the acting, the wonderful actors playing in this movie, the music, and the cinematography. The story is a bit taboo, especially for the late eighties, but still there is some reasoning to its conclusion. There are only a handful of movies that move me the way this one did, I could watch it again and again. There is not one thing about this movie that I DON'T like.

I bought this DVD because I have a very special cousin that means a lot to me. I found it a very interesting story and it had a good ending.

It's great. I had been looking for the DVD Cousins in the stores and had not been able to locate one. I turned to E-bay and sure enough it was there. The picture is nice and clear and the seller mailed it fast.

I like the two main actors,I love the story line, and there isn't anything I dislike about it. It is a well made, well acted, beautiful love story that also teaches a lesson, don't settle for anything in your life less than what you want.Each actor portrays their character perfectly.
