Country Store Counter Jars and Tins by Steve Batson (1997, Paperback)

This is a great book to identify old country jars. I bought it to help me date some of the jars I was buying to sell and to collect. It is easy to read and has alot of history about the companies, whose products were sold in the jars. I wish someone would make a more updated version of this book, that had current prices. These were from 1997. I feel some of the prices were low for the market today. Even though the antiques and collectible market has declined in todays' uncertain economy, country jars have remained high. Thanks, Ms Esther
