This is a RomCom (Romantic Comedy) that manages to rise above its peers. Michelle Pfeiffer is superb and may I even say; Gorgeous, in this tale of an older woman falling for a younger man (Paul Rudd).
Not only do the two lead actors deliver good performances, but so does nearly everybody in the cast. Among these others are a few familiar faces and a few who are not so familiar, including at least 3 British actors, Tracey Ullman being one of them !
This is a fairly family-safe movie with only occasional mild language, few sexual references, zero nudity, almost no violence, or drug usage.
What there is is a funny film that is very watchable. My whole family ( 2 Forty-Something parents + a 13yr old boy & 13yr old girl ) are able to watch this together and laugh at the same scenes with no 'uncomfortable' moments regarding any particular scene or piece of dialog.
