I collect Lilliputs and had been looking for this tea house. I was very excited to find it on e-bay. I don't usually bid outside the US, but I really wanted this piece. I won the auction and the seller's communication was excellent.It arrived quickly from England, but had slight damage. The seller was extremely concerned and wanted to try to get some reimbursement from the postal service. Since the damage was slight, I elected not to go through the hassle. All in all I was happy with the transaction.
