Used for Cost Benefit Analysis Advanced Academic Program - Applied Econmics graduate class at Johns Hopkins University. This book is the standard in CBA. Well-written, concise, with enough mathematical rigor for the level.

I received the book quickly and even though I purchased the book as new, I still saved $80 compared to the retail price.

This book goes over a lot of theories. You can expect to use it a lot in class. The book lacks in real life examples though, but the examples are easy to find after learning the theories. This absence of examples provides a good area for assigning projects and assignments in class.
The text itself is very easy to read and understand. A highly recommended book!
