
Core performance
The exercises contained within this book are very challenging and have helped me to get a stronger core with in the first two weeks. I love the different exercises and the results I am seeing, however the book in general is not the best as it does not lay good workout plans out for you to follow so that is really left up to you. I am able to layout my own workout regimen so not a problem for me, but if you are new to this type or regimen than it will be hard to follow.
