Lackluster book of cutesy and uninteresting photos and floor plans. No imagination is evident to me. So many of the renderings and floor plans are nothing more than glorified ranch houses (the bane of subdivisions.) Very dated as well.

) The description of the item did not include what the contents were exactly. I was looking for interior design ideas. The contents are simply 1 page architectural designs/home plans for each home, primarily black & white sketches. A small sketch of each level is included with the view from the curb drawing. This may be of use to some who are building, but not what I was seeking. Book is in good condition. Left me disappointed as it's not what I wanted, but may be useful for someone who is building or remodelling.
