Recipes were easy to follow. Loved the fact that there was nutritional information for each recipe. Most recipes contained ingredients that I always had on hand so there was no running to the store to buy special ingredients.

) It was everything I hoped it would be. It has great recipes some are easy some not so easy. I have tried two of them and they came out looking like the pictures. In fact I made the one on the cover, DO NOT make the same mistake I did by over cooking the shells. The dessert tasted great but the shells were tough. We just laughed about it and ate them like cookies.
