Cooking Light Annual Recipes 2008 (2007, Hardcover)

I have 11 years worth of the Annual Cooking Light cookbooks. Couldn't live without them. Photo's are beautiful which makes you want to make the recipe right away.

The main reason I decided to purchase the 2 cooking books on E-bay was that I was familiar with the product, a really great addition to a current collection. It is a favorite of my wife and daughter, who are are both fantastic cooks (chefs ? ) and use the recipes from these books to the fullest extent possible. The books are a culmination of cooking articles featured from the magazine of the same name, where the best resipes are collected and used to make-up the content of the book at the end of each year, the best of the best. I give them every year at X-mas.
