
Cooking Light 2006 -Excellent!

I have collected several Cooking Light Annual Cookbooks over the years and love them. The recipes are generally pretty healthy...low in fat, but sometimes too high in carbohydrates, and sodium for my liking. Because of health issues, I use the nutrition information to decide what recipes I can use and what I can do to perhaps adjust the recipe (or portion size) to make it work for me. I find the recipes are fairly easy to make, very interesting in taste and appearance. This is not like the typical diet recipes I have tried in other books. In this issue, I tried the "Pike Place Market Salad" and thought it was fantastic!
