The Cook-Zen Cookbook by Machiko Chiba (2007, Paperback)

I've been interested in finding a method of cooking that was safe, but would still afford good taste for my elderly mother. I saw a demonstration of this cooking method at a local store and was simply blown away with the resulting taste. When I tried to buy this book it was already sold out, the individual demonstrating the cooking method highly recommended the book to reduce the amount of "experimenting time". I've found the book very easy to read and follow. The dishes presented are tasty and simple to make. It's well worth the price and provides for another method of cooking that tastes good.
