This book is fantastic, and the best part is it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. The first thing they do is help you understand your eating habits by identifying your eating ID. They give you a list of sauces, herbs and food to keep around.
There are so many yummy recipes that you do not get bored and they are all fantastic. Even though you are cutting the calories, you do not compromise taste. The portion sizes are great not small, and not too big. I never feel hungry, or deprived, like I have on other diets.
