Very interesting book, contents of book suggests blood types for menu types.
Type O suggests high protein and low carbs while on the other hand Type
A suggests vegetarian diet with high carbs and low fat. You decide
after reading book, experience and internal chemistry can change the way
you eat or even so exercise. 4 blood types equal 4 diets equal 4 plans.
Well rest assured you'll find your own conclusion on possibilities, or
unruly optimizing.
Hearthy Fish soup - page 239, great meat loaf - page 131, miscellaneous
beverages - page 50, USDA food pyramid - page 17, cyber recipe - page 161,
soups and stews - page 221, mixed mushroom salad - page 273, apple pie -
page 314, mango lime smoothie - page 345, black bean dip - page 360, 30-
day type O menu - pages 367 through 382 and much more. Raisin pumpernickle
bread was great to try page 249 and my other recommendation was brown
rice pilaf page 198, these two you must try.
Hard cover, 450 pages, by Author Dr. Peter J.D Adamo, excellent first
time experience, there might not be any conclusive evidence here but one
thing is for sure, you'll eat better and healthier. I rated book 5*****.
