Continuous Quality Improvement in Healthcare by Arnold D. Kaluzny, Curtis McLaughlin (2005, Hardcover)

I dislike this book because the reading is very hard to remember. It also has alot of references included in the reading. The reason I bought it was for a class. I only remember what the reading is pertaining to after I've taken the chapter quizzes. I think the professor chose it because of the title. In my opinion, the book would have been more interesting if it had used more real-life analogies on health care institutions.
