Contemporary Bellydance and Yoga Conditioning (DVD, 2007)

I haven't had a chance to go through this entire DVD, but what I have looked at so far, I have liked. Ariellah gives clear instructions through the drills with occasional reminders about posture and stance. The music is audible but doesn't overpower her and I like how the drills are organized for basic and more advanced. There's no one teaching Tribal fusion or even Tribal style in my area so I thought this one would give me some better insight.

This instructor is very precise and goes through everything enough times to gain an understanding of the movements. i tend to like this contemporary tribal style teaching because it is very broken down and uses powerhouse movements to attain the illusions that they execute so beautifully. good dvd. lots of combos.

The product came in perfect condition. I have yet to try it out, but i'm looking forward to this exercise video. Thanks!

Very detailed instructions, easy to follow choreography, and love the yoga!!! Ariellah is an awesome instructor and explains the different movements in detail. She makes it very easy to understand. I would recommend this DVD to anyone that want to learn this style of bellydance!!!

I loved this DVD. She thoroughly goes through the steps long enough to practice along with her. This is good from beginners on up.
