I never received the item I paid for to include the extra I paid for speedy shipment. Item was never shipped I found out after 10 days after the due date had past. Never received any corespodance stating why the item was not shipped or a tracking number for the shipment. Money was charged to my account & I have yet to see any amount of it credited back to my account as promised! Very disapointed in the service I have received to date about this transaction. Phone calls and email seam to be ignored! I spoke with one person who said I should be taken care of, meaning I assume to get my money back in ten days. That was 20 days ago! I just want my money back and and this horrible transaction experience over with!

Needed book for class. Ad for textbok showed picture and listed ISBN number of text I needed. But what I received was not what I paid for. E-mailed the seller - no responce. Done with e-bay.

This was a good deal on a used school book. I'm glad I didn't have to pay full price at the school store. It works out good for the seller too.

I needed this book for a college course. It was a hundred and thirty at my college bookstore. I decided to look for it only to get a better price. I ended up paying about 80 for this one, which seemed very reasonable. Although it is not in perfect condition the pages are very well kept!

This thing i liked best about the book was that i saved over a $100 dollars, book was brand new and exactly what they said it was going to be.
