I never received the book so I am very disapponted. Oh and I can't get the seller to respond to any of my emails!! Not a good experience!!

I decided to by this book because I needed it for aI class I am taking. However, I ended up having to take the first test in this class without the book because they never sent me the book I bought even after they had promised fast delivery. I will never buy from them again.

Never recieved the book but was still charged for it. Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to repurchase it online.

I am very unsatisfied with the service I recieved for this item. I never recieved this book and I failed my first test in the class that I needed it for. The seller never responded to me. I ended up filing a claim which I still have not recieved my money back and buying the book from Amazon.com. Which i recieved that book from amazon within four dyas of ordering it.

I am mad really mad .this the second boook i bought from half .com ,the first one is sales management i have receive a book .but they received their money i meam this is not good for the image of half .com ,i am still waiting to see if they will give me my money back ,but iam sure in this country we have a good system of law ,we will see.....

I have never recieved this book and had to fill out a dispute form. I am still waiting for this to be resolved and to get my money back!

This was my first time ever using half.com because the book was $100 cheaper. I never and STILL haven't recived the book. It really sucks because I emailed the seller twice and than filed a claim..which really sucks to because they said it will take atleast 30 days to even review my claim. By the time everything is taken care of the semester will be more than half way over.....I am still lost because I havent talk to anyone so I don't know what happened (if the seller never sent it or what....) I wish that half.com had a 1-800 number becasue now I am without a book and midterms are coming..................yeah it really sucks (especilly senior year and the ONE time I tried to use the internet to order anything) Ive learned my lesson.

I needed this book for a class and it was cheap, i recieved it fast, and it was in good condition. I had no problems and business was very effetient.

Book arrived just as decribed, great communication with the seller, arrived in time for class this semester.

I saved nearly $40 buying this book here than at my school's bookstore and it was in great condition! The CD was even still intact. Great experience and it was fast! I received my books in less than a week! I'd definitely buy and recommend this seller to anyone!

The book that was sent to me is an international edition. It is in good condition but I did not order the international edition (it has a different isbn # than the book that I ordered). Be careful with this seller...

I did not even receive the book! I tried contacting the seller and they would not respond! It has been about 2 months since I was supposed to get the book and still no word and no book!

This book was purchased for a class and it arrived exactly as described and quickly. It was described as new and was in fact a new book and about half the price of the local bookstore! Thanks!!

fits exact description. will def buy again! the book was paperback and even though it was the international version, it was exactly what i needed. thank you to the seller for being so descript! the shipping was also good, it took two to three days for it to get here.

Book is of great quaility and a vast amount of information. I would recommend it to others! I have learned valuable information and have been able to realize how prevelent this study is to life and my potential marketing career.

The book came as described, it was brand new. I got it in less than a week. i would def. order again from the seller.

I bought it for my consumer behavior class. It was way cheaper on ebay than at the store. I can't say that I love the book, but it does what a text book is supposed to do. If you want some indepth individual reading on consumer behavior, look elsewhere.

The book was the international edition, but it is not a problem. Definitely a lot cheaper than the bookstore.
