Followers of the Death series will see a slight softening in Eve's character as she puzzles over a pregnant woman a possible nod toward the end of this series (Loyalty in Death will follow this title). If you are a fan of the series, you will enjoy Conspiracy in Death. In this chapter of Eve's life, she comes directly up against her worst fear, losing her badge. The description of her internal conflict and the pain this causes those around her makes the reader almost "feel" what she is feeling. It's a good read. And it is completely faithful to the Eve character the author has created in this series.

I bought this book by Nora Roberts "Conspiracy in Death" for my sister who lives out of state. She had been looking for this copy to add to her collection. I got a terrific price for it and sent it to her. She was so pleased with the condition of the book. No dislikes with this book. I'm not an advid Nora Roberts fan, but my sister says she's one of the most talented authors there is.
