Description
Humorous action-platformer that does away with the tedious item collection found in most games in the genre. Instead, BFD employs a combination of standard jump, run and explore mechanics and context-sensitive gags and actions. For instance, in the beginning of the game, by pressing the B button on the first pad he encounters, Conker drinks some Alka-Seltzer to wipe out his hangover, at which point players can proceed forward. Later on these pads are used to activate a slingshot and throwing knives; to turn Conker into an anvil and drop downward; to shoot automatic, double-handed guns; to activate a The Matrix-inspired slow-motion effect and flip through the air shooting enemies; and much, much more.

      I love this game it is the best the n64 has to offer
      I love it this is the best game on the n64 I had a lot of fun with this game A LOT. The story is really funny and fun to play trough and the multiplayer
      is a great addition is wonderful to play through with multiple characters
      to play as and different weapons to play with like shot guns chain saws
      baseball bats.The game is for any body who still has an n64 and who wants a fun violent game that will leave you begging for more you know
      why because this game is perfect the best game for the n64 unless you
      can't play violent game if that is the case go pic up super mario 64 that game is good too.

      A game that had amazing amounts of delays and name changes finally came out during the final days of the N64. And the wait was well worth it. Conkers BFD's use of curse words and brilliantly dirty humor is perfectly injected into an Rare type adventure. The multiplayer is also hilariously fun. Things like pissing on enemys are awesome. The multiplayer modes where you and your french buddies try to escape the country and the one with the gas chamber are so fun. The game looks and plays extremely well. Its to bad it did not sell well, might have been better as a gamecube launch title. Still worth your time though
