OK....to be fair, I bought this book just to ooh and aww over the pictures and perhaps dream that one day I might decide to make one of these spectacular cakes. What surprised me most was the amount of information included in the book. Everything is very concise. This book was done to teach techniques that result in beautiful and creative artwork. She generously provides insider tips and walks you through all the steps. The book is full of stunning photos, ideas, and advice.
