This book is the story of many women's lives! The author did a fabulous job developing the character of Rebecca Bloomwood and it felt like I really got to know her-I even started to feel bad for her.
I read the book before seeing the movie and that was a huge mistake. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing the movie first, then reading the book. The book was a million times better than the movie and I left the movie theater very disappointed.
A great story to read and I am looking forward to reading the other books in the series.
