Love Crumb. This film? Honestly? Crap.

Gosh. What can I say about this film? I almost gave it one star rather than two, because it was so PAINFUL even trying to watch it. This was a shock to me since I really ENJOY R. Crumb and Aline Kominsky-Crumb, his wife both in their comics and writings as well as in T. Zwigoff's film "Crumb." Just goes to show you that even fantastically multitalented people like the Crumbs may NOT be talented in filmmaking (or acting).
Ugh. Painful. Truly painful. Don't even bother with this one. Watch "Crumb" and read the comics. If you DO watch this film, don't say I didn't warn you!!! (I am giving this two stars rather than one only because if one can endure the discomfort of watching this film they might be able to see a lot of good art work.)
