The Condemned (Blu-ray Disc, 2007)

We just watched this movie last night and it was somewhat intriguing. WWE's Stone Cold Steve Austin plays Jack Conrad (Jack Riley) CIA. A wealthy producer wants to create a reality show that will be shown on the internet for $49.99. This reality show has 10 prisoners that are vicious and on death-row flown to a isolated island where they are tossed out of helicopter wearing an ankle bracelet with a 30-hour timer and explosives. If you mess around with the bracelet, Boom. If you pull the red tag, 10 seconds beep and then Boom. These condemned killers are scattered across this island that has surveilance cameras all over and a few camera guys in camoflouge to capture the events.

There is no possible escape and almost 40 million viewers on the internet watching this. Jack Conrad needs to use his strength and knowledge to remain the last guy standing and gain freedom.

It was difficult to watch at some parts due to the violence, but if you are into WWE wrestling then this is a big step up.

My fiance already had The Condemned. But, I wanted to get him the Blu-Ray version. Because, he just got a Blu-Ray player. Thank you so much. The price was great.

I have been wanting to see this movie and finally saw it recently. With all the reality television out there, this movie definitely makes people wonder if this type could happen.

The movie is about a producer that temporarily buys the freedom of a group of prisoners and only one will survive on an island. The one who survives will be issued freedom and money. It is suspenseful, the characters are good, and it was interesting.

Not excellent, but worth watching!

i was expecting that the item i bought is in good condition.when i opened the package,i found out the the seal is broken,the case is broken.I DOUBT IF ITS REALLY A NEW ITEM..

Picked this movie up while browsing through Blu-rays for $8 (shipping incl.). I was looking for a good deal that would really deliver on the action. And it did, the storyline was not all that great, but if you're looking for HARDCORE Ed McMahon s**t, this is it!!

Great action movie. I liked how this movie wasn't predictable and always kept me guessing. Great fight scenes. This movie is very raw and hardcore. Anyone who loves action, fights and great plot/storyline would love this movie! highly recommended.

I realy enjoyed the movie being an action movie buff. This movie reminded me of the Japanese Battle Royale but with better/bigger characters.

If you are the fanclub of World Wrestling Entertainment(WWE),especially Stone Cold Steve Austin's fan,so I strongly recommend u to this survival hardcore action movie. All action scences are so exciting. It's the survival game among the prisoners in the remote island and have the on-live pay per view through internet boardcasting globally. Dead or Alive ! U can not miss it...
