I am an international student in United States, it was my first time to shop at ebay in US, but it was a very very very bad trasaction. The sellers never respond my email and I haven't got my books yet. I have already filed the claims through half.com, again, I haven't got any response.
Ebay is a well known internet shopping center, you must have the ability or athority to pretect buyer, right? I just want my money back. Please help me!

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our PURCHASEIT WAS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. EBAY'S 72 HOUR SHIPPING POLICY WAS NOT FOLLOWED NOR ENFORCED. THE SELLER WOULD NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. 2 MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. AND EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS RUDE, NON-RESPONSIVE, AND APPARENTLY HAS SUPERVISORS WHO ARE UNAVAILABLE TO HANDLE PROBLEMS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST ATTEMPT.

i still haven't received my book. The worst service I have ever received and I would never buy from ebay again. I would rather pay 200% markup then having to deal with this.
