This book is very informative! I am trying new meals to accomodate two in our family with diabetes and also please the ones that are not. I have found these recipies great for both!

I bought this book for my mother. She has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I live out of state from her and wanted to help out. All I could think of was the diet she needs to try and maintain. This book is really a good find. Very nice detailed recipes and easy to follow directions. I am sure my mother will get a lot of use from it.
