It is a good program but it also very technical. I work better with image recognition. the books are helpful and the dictionary is fantastic.

I got an email 8 hours after auction DEMANDING instant payment even though no such thing was stated in auction I paid, but didn't receive the item for 22 days after payment when I made a complaint then he request my personal from ebay with my phone number and address, he never did contact me, which is even creeper. I tried to contact him and get his side of the story but there was none he just sent me e-mail through ebay requesting I withdrawal my feedback. I sent him an e-mail asking him why I should retract he never commmented. He started off as stevenf878 and then turn his feedback private and name to accountclosed! I think he since has changed to un unregistered user.
