    Finally the entire Basil Rathbone/Nigel Bruce Holmes collection of DVDs. I owned the entire set on VHS and was anxious to see it put on DVD format. I think Rathbone's Holmes is simply the best one ever done. The DVDs are very sharp and restored beautifully. The case is even really sharp looking done like a book. I got a great deal on the entire set and it was well worth that price or more. If you love Basil Rathbone as Sherlock this is a must have for your collection. I've watched them over and over and never tire of this great film series!

    Only Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce can pull off the sluething duo with such serious mystery and rye humor. The original Sherlock Holmes movies made long before my time has captured the essence of the author's, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, characters completely. So delightful I watched all 14 episodes in just a few days and I thoroghly enjoyed each and every one.
    Purchased on eBay for a little more than half the retail price just makes the set even more of a treasure. The five DVD's are handsomely well packaged in a mannner that will protect them for years to come.
    This is a must have set for anyone who enjoys a good Sherlock Holmes mystery.
