The book lives up to it's title, it just didn't hold my attention or interest.
I found most of the book vague. It didn't really explain Zen or Zen Living.
I prefer the KISS (Keep It Simple Series) books and was expecting this series to live up to their format. Unfortunately, this one did not.
This is just my opinion, and others may find this book to their liking.
