I appreciated the contents of this book so much I had to have it for my personal collection. I have since ordered a copy for my mother as well. I think our health is vital to the home. I am a stay at home mom, housewife as they label me, and pain has been something I have just put up with. I like the easy to read information of this insightful book. I appreciate the natural healing powers it offers. I recommend it to anyone that is sick and tired of all the drugs that doctors are so quick to prescribe, the side affects and the pain they try to cover but not cure.
