I was going on a diet and looked for a books of calorie counts. This book is very comprehensive, including calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, cholesterol, sodium & fiber. The listings are alphabetical....therefore, easy to find the food you want....also food listings for popular restaurants, such as McDonald's, Burger King. There are thousands of listings.......I am very satisfied with this book and recommend it highly....no matter what type of diet you are on.........or if you just want to know the contents of the foods you eat!
