This is a wonderful, very comprehensive book written by a very energetic, interesting, thorough instructor. I know her personally as I took classes with her a few years ago. I highly recommend anything she writes!

) I like how well this book is put together and how well the teachings of the various PC components are easy to locate and flow well while reading instead of the previous 2003 edition in my opinion is not flow well while teaching the inner components in an odd order.
I like how well the book is designed by showing well documented pictures and easy to follow examples in this text.
There is hardly anything I dislike in this textbook.
I decided to buy this textbook to further my IT repairs skills in the Information Technology repair field when it comes to computers.
