Loud and Clear

this speakers can serve a variety of purposes, from live sound support to sanctuary setups, to studio monitoring. Because of their size they are extremely mobile if your setup requires and has a built in recessed handle in the back. Extremely rugged design, again if mobility is required, it can stand up to the harshest road treatment. Don't let the size fool you, not much bigger than your average bookshelf speaker these community's pack a ton of volume. 200 continuous watts with up to 500 peak watts. I have compared these next to my Peavey SP4 2x15 towers and at high volumes they are still clean and clear sound. Now being the size of the 8" speakers, they lack the bottom end naturally, so i took it a step further and added a dual 18" Yamaha sub woofer with these CPL27's and i was blown away. Clean from highs to the sub bass i was in audio ecstasy. Now, i am using a Carvin XD88 speaker management system to even these out, but any decent eq would do the same. OVERALL, i am extremely impressed with the CPL27 speakers by Community, the sound is clean and crisp and the dB volume is HUGE for their ultra compact size.
