Communication Research by Joann Keyton (2005, Hardcover)

The owner sent it to me quickly. The book is in great condition! It is the right edition and has little to no markings/highlighting in it! Definitely a great eBay-er!

I ordered the book on August 23rd. The company took my money but never shipped the book. Three weeks into classes on September 12th I received a notice that my money would be refunded because the book was not being shipped. It took another 3 days to receive that refund on September 15th, which was a Saturday. I had to wait until the following Monday to make the purchase at my bookstore, four weeks into my classes. This is completely unacceptable. I have used half.com for the past several semesters. But I will never use it again. I will tell everyone I know of this horrible customer service.
