Combat Flight Simulator 2: WWII Pacific Theater (PC Games, 2000)

I have COMBAT FLIGHT SIMULATOR WWII EUROPE SERIES and I wanted the PACIFIC SERIES. I love the old WWII planes to begin with and these games were the only way to actually fly them. The attention to detail is pretty good overall. Sometimes it feels like I'm actually flying the real thing. Having the right joystick also helps.
The bad thing is the comic book look of parts of the game. When you look at the box, it's all serious but then you look at the cover of the pilots manual and it's a comic book cover. Same as the game. In the EUROPE SERIES, they put forth better effort on information. With this one, I think they got a little lazy and made it into a comic book.
The action is the same. Realism. The full effect of flight, from taking off a WWII aircraft carrier to taking off from a land base to dogfighting with Zero's or any US plane to sinking ships, is the same, AWESOME.
