Foo Fighters; their very best
Review created: 04/10/09(updated 05/29/09)
I think this is the best album Foo Fighters ever did. It really is pure solid Rock, that avoids Clichés all along, even in the softer tunes like Walking After You. It's accurate, to the point, and really entertaining. Quite the good music to blow you away in summertime. While being simple, their music is still very effective. With that kind of Rock, the drums are often especially weak, but the drums on this album, like on almost any Foo Fighters', is pretty creative even on simple guitar riffs. (Of course nothing like complex stuff of Progressive music like Mike Portnoy's, but that wouldn't fit here)
Anyways, this thing's got rhythm. Give yourself a blast with it, you won't regret it!
