Colorful Tablecloths 1930s-1960s by Erin Henderson, Yvonne Barineau (2004, Paperback)

This is the newest addition to my collection of tablecloth reference books and definitely my favorite. I am shocked at how often I pick up this book find information about a particular cloth and find the exact pattern represented in its pages. Besides being filled with a comprehensive collection of beautiful tablecloth photographs (with pattern names!), the price guides seem to be accurate and the book contains very detailed information about tablecloth manufacturer's (with photos of actual labels), great advice on cleaning and storing vintage pieces and a fantastic glossary of tablecloth terms. This is absolutely one of the best and most current vintage tablecloth reference books available.
