Color Me Beautiful Make-Up Book by Carole Jackson (1988, Paperback, Reissue)

Colorful illustrations regarding color for women..a basic for any woman especially the career woman. A book to begin the basic closet and view it as an investment with correct selection for the busy woman. Not a must read but definately an asset.

I bought this book because as you age you want everything to your advantage. You can't look like an 18 year old when your 40 but you can use help in using colors, fabric, and applications that help you age gracefully.
This book is wonderful with make-up application, rights and wrongs in colors for your "Season". The only thing I needed to take into consideration was the date the book was writen. I actually graduated High School during the time she wrote this book, so in some way when I see styles in the book it does bring me back to me "18 Old Years". Don't get me wrong, it is a guide for the basics of beauty which is described wonderfully, just I wish that I had gotten a more modern, todays style book. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a "do-it-yourselfer" like me. It really does educate you to how basics should be done right.
