This book is an amazing help for gross anatomy! It's great to be able to study the real thing and not drawings from Netter's or Grey's and not have to be in lab and deal with the smell

This book gives a real perspective on the muscles of the body. The pictures displayed are both diagram and real cadavers!! It's helped me so much in my anatomy class!!

i bought this book for my anatomy class. pictures are acurate and easy to use for the class. pictures are really helpful than drawings.

This is a good atlas, but I wish they would have not crammed so much on each page. Also the labels are numbered with a key at the bottom which sometimes makes it hard to figure out which structure you are looking for.

The book is really helpful for looking at real cadaver pictures and knowing the actual human body. It could definitely go into more depth on some of the pictures - for example, some muscles only have one example in the book and it is not helpful when you are being asked to look at things from different angles. It would also be helpful if the book offered some diagrams of particular muscles sections here and there. The Netter book does this but it is drawn pictures rather than photos. Both would be ideal. IN all this book is very helpful and if you're taking anatomy you can likely get the extra information elsewhere.

This book shows you actual pictures of cadavers and really helps to see the anatomy of the body. It goes great with my studies and you can see things articulated and dis-articulated.
